Description –
The Pulse Duration Transmitter converts a 4/20
mADC signal to a periodic proportional modulated
pulse width contact closure that is connected to
a dry wire pair.
A Pulse Duration Receiver is
connected to the other end of the dry wire pair
that detects the modulated contact closure and
converts it back to a 4/20mADC signal.
The 4/20
mADC signal may be connected to a local display,
chart recorder or PLC.
