Description –
The Data Handler includes a built-in temperature
sensor for monitoring and logging temperature
over time. The Data Handler also has inputs for
2 each Dry Contact Closures that can be used to
also monitor and record events such as container
violation or refrigeration equipment fault.
The Data Handler monitors and records the
temperature with time as well as whether the
door has been left open for an extended period
of time or the temperature as exceeded a preset
limit. If a fault condition occurs the Data
Hander will close a contact that can be
connected to an external alarm.
The recorded data can be viewed and used to
determine the proficiency of the refrigeration
system.
